   This product is a AC to DC power transfer device ,it can provide for 20W dc output ,With constant voltage source.

After  test  to  40±2℃ 90-95 ％ RH for 4  hours  continuously ,the test result must be Satisfied with item  2.5,2.9,2.10

在温度40±2℃，温度90-95 ％ RH的环境中工作4小时后，恢复后应满足2.5,2.9,2.10项的要求。

5.7  Strain relief test / 应力测试

Plug and cord at their normal position applied a weight of 10Kg to output cord for 60 Sec, there shall be no breakage of the displacement.

插头与输出线在正常位置下，在输出线末端加10Kg 的砝码，保持60秒，不得有过分的移位。

5.8  Cord bending test / 弯曲试验

The cord shall withstand weight of 500 gram, it swings from left to right at an angle of 120 degree 2000 times, the cord should no damage.

输出线末端加500g的砝码，从左到以120度的夹角摇摆2000次，输出线应无损坏。

5.9  Vibration  Test / 振动测试

Vibration Frequency 1500 cycle  /minute swings 2mm peak-peak 3 direction (X-Y-Z) each 30 - min, the unit should met the item 2.5,2.9,2.10.

产品在振动频率为1500次/分钟，振动幅值为2mm P-P 的振动台上，按X-Y-Z 三个方向各振动30分钟，产品应符合2.5,2.9,2.10.

5.10  Drop test / 跌落试验

Unit is to be dropped from 1000 mm height onto a concrete floor covered with 20mm vinyl tile 6 times   from 3 different surface, the unit should met the item   2.5, 2.9, 2.10.

产品从1000mm高度跌在垫有20mm的地板胶的室内水泥地板上，从三个不同的面自由落地6次，试验后产品应满足2.5,  2.9, 2.10 的要求。

5.11  Appearance/外观

Damage  and  rusting  are  not  permitted / 产品不得有生锈和损坏。
