This product is a AC to DC power transfer device,it can provide for 60W with constant voltage source.

该产品是一款交直流转换器，额定功率为60W。

2.8    Hi-Pot /耐压

3000Vac,10 mA,1 See between Primary to Secondary circuit and Plastic .

输入与输出之间，输入与外壳之间施加3000 Vac,10 mA。

2.9    Humidity and HIGH-TEMP test /耐潮、耐高温测试

Afer test  to 40±2℃,90-95%RH for 4 hours continuously ,the test result

Must  be satisfied with item 2.4,2.8。

在温度40±2℃，湿度90-95%RH的环境中工作4个小时后，恢复后应满足2.4,2.8项要求。

3.0  Burm-In/烧机测试

100% Burn-In with 80-100% loading &20-40 Environment temperature for 2 hours.

产品全数在20-40℃的环境中带80-100%的额定负载烧机2小时。

3.8  Strain relief test /应力测试

Plug and cord at their normal position applied a weight of 10Kg to output cord for 60 

Sec ,there shall be no breakage of the displacement.

插头与输出线在正常位置下，在输出线末端加10Kg的砝码，保持60秒，不得有过分的移位。

3.9  Cord bending test /弯曲试验

The cord shall withstand weight of 500 gram ,it swings from left to right at an angle of 120 degree 2000 times ,the cord should no damage .

输出线末端加500的砝码，从左到右以120 度的夹角摇摆2000次，输出线应无损坏。

4.0  Vibration Test /振动测试

Vibration Frequency 1500 cyle/minutes  swings2mm pead-pec 3direction (X-Y-Z) each 30-min ,the unit should met the item 2.4,2.8.

产品在振动频率为1500次/分钟，振动幅值为2 mm P-P 的振动台上，按X-Y-Z 三个方向各振动30分钟，产品应符合2.4,2.8。

4.1  Drop test /跌落试验

Unit is to be dropped from 1000 mm height onto a concrete floor covered with  20 mm vinyl tile 6 times from 3 different  surface ,the unit should met the item 2.4,2.8。

产品从1000 mm高度在垫有20 mm的地板胶的室内水泥地板上，从三个不同的方向自由落地6次，试验后产品应满足2.4,2.8项要求。

4.2  Appearance /外观

Damage and rusting are not permitted /产品不得有生锈和损坏。

4.3  Normal operating temprature &Humidity/正常使用温度&湿度

Normal operating temprature /正常使用温度：0℃  - 40℃

Normal operating Humidity/正常使用湿度：20%-80%RH

4.4  Storage Temperature &Humidity/贮藏温度&湿度

4.5  Storage Temperature /贮藏温度为：-10℃to70℃

4.6  Storage Humidity/贮藏湿度为：10%-90%RH
